The Son-Light Class for intellectually challenged adults needs volunteers on the first, second and fourth Sundays to co-teach and assist its members as they move to and attend the 11:00 am worship. You are needed! Join the CUMC Team at the Northern Illinois Food Bank (solvehungertoday.org) on the second Thursday each month from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm. Don’t worry – there are jobs that don’t require lifting. No need to sign up; just show up! It’s a great chance to get to know other CUMC folks AND help hungry families. Questions? CUMC’s third annual Joint Venture Health Fair with the Islamic Center of Naperville will be held at the Islamic Center (2844 W Ogden Ave) on Sat Sep 7, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. Volunteers are needed to greet attendees, staff the registration table, act as traffic and program guides, and gather feedback on the event.
