Community Players proudly announces performances of our fall production of Henrik Ibsen’s A Doll’s House, directed by David Hollander.   In the story, Nora (Suzanne Wills) is the beautiful wife of Torvald (Graham Wills), a hard-working, successful, and very honorable man. They have the perfect life, with a lovely home and two healthy children (Connor Hagemeyer and Sydney Elliott). But Nora harbors a secret… When this secret is used as blackmail, both predictable and unanticipated consequences play out. Where Ibsen took the story in 1879 was wholly unexpected. Come see the amazing story unfold for yourself!

The show will be performed on Friday, November 14, at 8:00 PM, Saturday, November 15, at 8:00 PM, Friday, November 21, at 8:00 PM, and Saturday, November 22, at 2:00 PM, each time in the sanctuary of Community United Methodist Church. The doors will open one half hour before the curtain of each performance. The general admission tickets are $15 (cash or checks), will be available on Sunday mornings in the narthex starting October 27, and can also be purchased at the door, or reserved by calling Dean Craig at (630) 340-4735.
