It seems that we will have a lot to celebrate in March: Daylight Savings time starting on March 8, St. Patrick’s Day on March 17th, and the coming of spring on March 20. As we celebrate we will also be thinking about all that we have to get done in March.

There is an old Irish proverb that says that you’ll never plough a field by turning it over in your mind. When our STARS group gets together on Thursday, March 12 we will be talking about the things that worry us. Since, based on the proverb, merely thinking about something won’t get it done, we will also be sharing our worry management techniques.

We hope you can join us. The service with communion starts at 1:30 pm and the separate break out groups for survivors and caregivers start at 2:00 pm. We hope you can join us for both…or either. Give us a call if you have questions or need more information about our group.

Until then, may your neighbors respect you, trouble neglect you, angels protect you, and heaven accept you.

  • 1:15 pm – Gathering
  • 1:30 pm – Chapel service with Communion
  • 2:00 pm – Support groups are available for caregivers and survivors

Come for both or either. It is helpful if you could let us know if you are planning to be with us. However, drop-ins are always welcome.
