Saturday, March 11, 10:00 am, via Zoom
These days, many of us may feel anxious, stressed out, unable to focus on everyday tasks, or even depressed. Learning how to be “mindful,” or live in the present moment, can help us to address and reduce these negative feelings and distractions in our everyday lives. Pastor Hannah Hwa-Young Chong believes that practicing mindfulness can lead individuals and communities to greater peace, justice, and compassion.
In this one-hour online workshop, Pastor Hannah will draw from different spiritual traditions to offer you a range of ways to pray, meditate, and connect with the sacred within, and in the world.
During this Zoom meeting, only Pastor Hannah’s camera will be enabled – as participants won’t be “on screen,” feel free to come as you are!”
All are welcome!
