Officer Julie Smith is a Crime Prevention Specialist with the Naperville Police Department with almost 20 years of law enforcement experience. She is a certified Security Assessment Specialist, Elderly Service Officer, AARP Smart Driver Instructor, and an A.L.I.C.E. Critical Incident instructor.

Officer Smith will give us a presentation on best practices on active threats, including how to respond to active shooter/critical incidents. This presentation is open to all our church members. The church staff will be attending this presentation, and all other church leaders are also encouraged to attend. If there is enough interest, we will arrange for another presentation in the evening at a later date.
