Flowers on the Altar
DETAILS:
We invite you to sign up for flowers on the altar to celebrate a particular day or in honor or memory of that special person. Payment ($55 per Sunday) may be left in the office, offering plate, included with your pledge (let us know on the memo line), or online.
When you sign up, there is an area to add a dedication for a special person/day. You can express your dedication as you wish. If you prefer to use our template, the template dedication reads "The flowers on the altar are given by (name) in honor/memory of (name/day)." Please also indicate your preferred flowers in the same area.
If you would prefer not to use this sign-up form, please contact the church office at 630 355 1483, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm, Mon – Fri, and we'll do it for you!
