And happy people also…no grumbling in this group about “the aches and pains of aging.”  We’re on top of it being pro-active!  Exercise is good for mental health…look at those faces!!!

This exercise program is tailored to the needs of the mature adult. The group is led by a fitness instructor with experience in working with the special needs of individuals in this age group. Exercises are designed to increase stamina, strength, and flexibility, to help keep joints healthy and increase range of motion, and to improve balance skills. Both seated and standing exercises are utilized.

The class meets on Mondays and Thursdays from 1:30 – 2:30 pm.
