At Community United Methodist Church, we offer three distinct regular worship services that are all unified by common messages that relate to the real world, are Christ-centered and thought-provoking, and offer music that is alive. We hope you will try them all out to experience the variety of styles of worship, music and times that Community UMC offers.

The nursery is available for children 3 and under during all services except the Saturday 4:30 pm service.

Saturday Small-Group Service, 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm: Currently Suspended

If you want to experience a smaller church while being a part of the larger Community UMC church, then you will love this service held every Saturday in the Chapel on the second floor.

Sunday Liturgical Service, 8:30 am – 9:30 am

Join us on Sundays in the Sanctuary at 20 Center St for reflective worship with many traditional elements, including our Sanctuary Choir.

Sunday Contemporary Service, 11:00 am – Noon

The OnCenter worship service, held on Sundays in the Sanctuary, is informal and upbeat with music, media, and message. Give it a try!

Special Services

OneCUMC Service, 9:30 am – 10:30 am

At various times during the year, the Saturday evening service and Sunday 8:30 am and 11:00 am services are canceled, for a larger OneCUMC service at 9:30 am in the Sanctuary. These are music-filled, joyous occasions when we see faces we mightn’t have seen in a few months. Join us!

July Sundays in the Park, 9:30 am – 10:30 am

In July we combine both Sunday services into one gathering at 9:30 am in Central Park (immediately south of Benton Ave). We have spare chairs and blankets so join us for outdoor worship surrounded by God’s beautiful world.
